Well he means that the real Z sword has one line in the middle but the model has two lines.
So he needs to weld them, as in make an amount of vertices become one.
doesnt he mean snap together then weld togerther right? and whos gonna skin the model?

I know, its just for fun, its like 10k polys XD. im not sure, but it its just fun to mesh smooth it. I made a pretty nice wall for it, its low res but i gota it in other resoloutions if anyone else wants it.

hmmm try meshsmoothing it with the classic quads output because it will make the blade looks sharper, and slim he showed the acutal wire frame already so that one was obviously not for actual use
