Personally I don’t think it was a big loss. He was a fraud. Never really did anything danerous… I guess he did now, though… Pity his family though. Rest in peace.

I believe alligators were the ones that drug you underwater, but crocodiles do that death roll thing and rip your parts off cringe.

Tassadar’s right, guys. This isn’t okay. You’re making fun out of the death of a great guy who put his life on the line multiple times so that we could have what to watch. It isn’t okay you tease him this way.
You know in all respect people die everyday, some even more famous/popular then steve irwin, yes he was a great guy and did alot, but the past is the past let him rest in peace, a hearty send off was more then likely given to him, but teasing him/making fun of him is uncalled for even in death :\ .

I don’t think he would have wanted to die any other way. I hope I get struck by a meteorite while I’m hacking a server somewhere.
He was passionate about what he did, and got people to appreciate animals that generally are ignored. He was respected as a scientist and an entertainer.
The world needs more people like Steve Irwin (in other fields too, of course).

Well yeah when you’re stabbed you’re stabbed, but this is the first time I’ve heard of a stingray killing a human.
To get a stingray pissed off you either have to step on it and grind it into the ground or attempt to rape it.
He probably tried to hug and kiss it…
I heard that he’s the second person to have been killed by one. I have no sources, I just say stuff and hope I’m right. >_>
