i think it could work becuase a lot of times it's really anoying to have to kill someone like 32 times before you can become super-sayain. I think you should be able to Power-UP(but not a boost) gaining a powerlevel increase. the thing is you could only do it for like 10 seconds(or more w/e) but...

i heard about the EVM mod..now i got the client. whats a client? then i installed it into my ESF folder i dont know what it added. then i downloaded a model pack that goes up to ssj3 goku and ssj 2 (and ultamite) for everyone else. Now i'v copied those models to my models file in the ESF folder...

it looks awesome and also i was wondering if you are ever going to switch to cell-shaded graphics or keep these
