i used key gen coz i lost my case for half life and now i am borrowing someones game and there cd key to go with that cd

i have downloaded 1.1.1.0 and now it says the cd key cannot be used on the valve network what is wrong with this. i have the feeling they dont want me to play it.

i downloaded it from there and i had a problem it said it did not download the estimated download size

can someone please send me the halflife 1.1.1.0 by email because it does not download properly it says got 6 mb instead of 82.0 mb so please help me with this.

it says in the bottom right corner that i have v45/1.1.0.8 so do i still have to get 1.1.1.0

i got the newer versions of half life the best seller version of it which shows it is newer than the other 1 and i tried the fps_max 101 and it did nothing can you still help me with this please

i have done that and now it says this when i wanna join in a server, you cannot join a server which is operating under a different protocol version. so how do i fix that and sometimes it says cannot connnect because the cd is not useable on the multiplayer thing or something like that.

I can't play cause it says my executable is out of date, but I have downloaded it twice , once from file planet and another I got the link from here, when I go to custom game and tell it to install it says it already is and when I reinstall it only downloads 4k and switches over to the esf mod...
