To answer the first question, AGP is better than PCI but some PCs don't have the AGP slot. But most modern day pcs have them.

Try ausgamers. My friend had the same problem and it was because it was in a ZIP file, and when he unzipped it, it got corrupted. But, the one from ausgamers is the exe, not in a zip. :D
