ESF 1.3 Open Beta has been around for years and available on the downloads page. It is buggy, unstable and incomplete. It is the only thing left of 1.3 Development of ESF:Final is ongoing.

The vast majority of activity is on discord not the forum. Seems you do have some questions :p So drop on by and chat and you will get better answers.

Also worth mentioning that the site has few updates because it isnt frequented often and has been under a maintenance. You will find a bunch more updates on our Discord channel, as well as being able to ask staff things directly.

As macdaddymario has pointed out on the original video before it went public, the outlines are just a remnant of old code and are not a feature. They are imperfect and will not be refined, they can only be enabled by manualling setting a flag in a certain file, he just had the outlines enabled...

Glad to hear the project is still alive in your mind. Its easy for even great ideas to remain just that and have protoypes fall to the wayside. Network i/o and dynamic camera systems on state combinations and 'look ahead' can suck to make, but a great for learning and managing everything...

A long time ago Toei Animation issued a take-down notice to moddb. Over-exposure is not something we desire.

Iirc this is due to your graphics config being D3D or OpenGL
