how do i get into the ctdb mode???? Ya i always have the mixed scanner that has radar and player

Dunno the exact name of the mapbut how do i find the dragon balls, i brought out the scanner and flew around the whole level but i still could not find any orange dot on my radar, plz help If there are no dragon balls in that level then can u name a level that does have dragonballs thanx
