Picollo in weighted clothing shudnt have SBC but go next lvl at like 1,000,000. and his pl shudnt rise much with this transformation. but he gets the ability 2 use SBC.

yes but u wud need a good character 2 be added.2 even up the ammount of good and bad characters and the esf team (and since i read the forum alot) hav sed they rnt addin ne more characters. so it dus sound good but wudnt be worth the bother. :p

cells 2nd transformation was massive as was pointed out by vegeta in the series. as he mocked him for gettin smaller wen he became perfect. if it is possible can u bulk him up and make him taller. and maybe slower. (and hello im new,dont h8 me because of it)
