technically the ball has to hit the wall to explode.. next time u are bsing an attack watch ur character, he'll move up and the ball will keep going.....straight into the wall

I like Redsaiyans idea! But if he gets all that in 1 attack then he raelly shouldnt be given a new attack for a while (unless its a weak, but quick attack..... like some super speed boost or something due to rage) vegeta is a good character, one of my favorite...

if its in then piccolo should have it to.. but it shouldnt kill him since he isnt strong enough (used against robots on new namek) vegeta is strong so it should kill him it should take a LONG ass time to charge, though.. and piccolos should only do half the damage and take half...
