When i start the HL and then i change to ESF everything is fine, but when i want to play, there is always an error with *.spr my PC can't find that file... The full name of the file is: Voiceicon.spr I woult be happy if somebody helps me!!!

Hey... I installed the game and it works, but wenn I want to create a game then i get kick out befor i can start it, and my pc says that he didnot found the file voiceicon.spr, does somebody knows how I can get that problem fixed?? It would make me happy if somebody helps me!!!
