In 1.2.3 we have several characters who reach their peak strength very quickly in terms of when they are allowed to transform, like for example Gohan and Trunks at the power level 1 million. My question is, can we expect more characters or older characters to become very early game characters...

Can we expect the requirements for transformations to change? Or are they going to be similar to the current 1.2.3 Version?
