Well, The thing was in one of the Buu Saga Episodes, it wasn't really Vegeta forming the ball, it was just him pumping a ton of energy into it, It was a Kamehameha like blast.. Except in a ball form.

Doesn't Death seem like a good enough penalty for not rolling off the beam? Especially in a Touriment type setup where you only have a set amount of Lives?

Yea, he does do that.. but.. Freiza 'rolls off' of the beam, and kicks Goku in the face or something. Which I think that Roll Off Feature should be put in, I mentioned it in another Thread. Anyways, the Two Kamehameha's wouldn't really make too much sense... Why not just charge a faster...

Actually... in DB, Bulma shot Goku in the head with a gun.. and all he did was grip it and go 'OUCH! That Hurt!' not to mention, there have been lots of times where people shot bullets at them, and they just caught them. Like Radditz, that silly farmer shot him with his shotgun, Radditz caught...

I think there should be a definately Penalty for if someone touches the ball that shouldn't, or it runs into someone.. say... A GIANT explosion that would kill the person inside, and the play that touchs it, not to mention severaly hurts people around it... Thats for if someone touches it, It...

I don't think you understand man... By this time.. Your already IN SIDE of the ball, it automatically puts you inside when your hit, and you fight to break out of the ball. You do the Block Struggle/Power Struggle while your inside of the ball being hit around.

Not really.. Both people wouldn't have to see a struggle bar.. You have shot a big bang, or a Special Beam Cannon, or a Spirit Bomb, or a Death Ball at someone and see them block it, and/or repel it with a beam? You never got a struggle bar, and it makes sense for the person inside to only see...

True... But.. Wouldn't it seem abit too easy, and flooded with blasts if you could just launch one after another after another without having to recharge all the time?
