Where in the ESF folder do i find weapon icons?

So I downloaded a pack that *supposedly* had ssj4 gohan and some pan stuff in it... and it had everything.... except the core.amx file to actually load the ssj4 gohan stuff x.x Does anyone have the actual AMX file that I can download?

Ok so I have seen a couple different downloads on various sites.... Two of which actually worked, well.. at least I could download them.. The one called RC3 AF pack on db-arena downloaded fine, when I installed I couldnt get it to load whatsoever.. So i searched these forums and saw...
