Pretty sure fog would if anything decrease lag considering it's dramatically reducing the distance you see anything. on topic; perma fog would be a bad idea imo. unless it came randomly due to weather effects

Hey could you guys implement alternate costumes to choose from when you're at the Character select screen? For example i'd love to have Teen Gohan with piccolo's outfit on with the white cape / shoulder pads, saiyan armor when he was with Goku in the time chamber, Goku's costume when he wore it...
