No i think taking pl points is good. But i will say that should make more sensu beans or w/e that will increase you health only to 10 and no more.

Short punch is pretty much what meele already is. And i say no more meele considering people spam it 24/7. Now i like meele and i use it but another meele i think would be bull****.

Maybe a way to raise and lower your pl so people could scout you and say o hes just 750,000 and im 10,000,000 i can kick his ass easily. Then when you power up Bang 20,000,000 lol. or w/e. Not really needed but kinda of a neat idea i think. Anyone Anyone?

Ok using ki for flying is outta here and i see all your points. As for blocking beams i think they are good but they are horrible on the ground. Should be able to stay in place and hold off a beam for atleast a bit. Like if i have 1,000,000 more points i should be able to through it back...
