I'm always getting kicked for ping when i join the server. My ping is usually around 150 and i dont havea problem with it. But a few moments after i join i get kicked for having a ping over 100. Is there a way to lower my ping?

I reached super saiyan 3 today on my solo server and it wouldnt let me Acend to SSJ 4 when i enough PL. Also, is there a way to set your power level in the consol?

I'm new and still getting the hang of the game but ive been playing around and think i got the basics. is there a guide anywhere that would help me better understand the game and how its melee works? Also, what server(s) do you guys use most often. Thanks.
