Actually when characters are completly out of ki they do fall outta the sky in the show. like Gohan after killing cell, he is totally drained, loses SSJ and effectivly passes out and falls.

i think he mean that if someone charges at you. you can swoop backwards (away from them) but still be facing them and shoot them. And i like that idea of an attack that goes though people.

Here is the main flaw with that. Half-life tells you when someone has died. so it wont really be a surprise if the person comes lunging at you... But i supose you could make it so you lose track of them (so you would have to target them again).

They do tie in the ki and life.. cuz with low life your ki falls... i guess thats kinda like it. Also about turbo, i think the equivalent to turbo in DBZ is when they are on the ground, they make that sounds, and get an aura as they take off. or in the air when they start start to "rush"...

actually, you can launch as many spirit bomb as you like.. it take like 1/3 of a second to charge the engery a spirit bomb takes.. sence the bomb gets its energy from everything else.
