I think he means taplon (or talpon, forgot how to spell), who is, to trunks anyway, trunk's big brother. He gave him the sword that cut Freeza reborn and had the bottom half of some monster stuck in him( cut in half by the sword). I was thinking of asking for him but i decided nah.
