They will limit the XML Editor's capabilities so that we don't stray too far from the original ESF F version . I have no reason to lie to you if that's what you re implying, I may however remember things wrong.. Grega would be nice if you would clear things up regarding the XML Editor? :D

Because they don't want people modifying the game too drastically. They will release a XML editor but even that will have a limited use ( will be locked ). Grega or someone from the team can probably clarify this up so better ask them :D

I believe they said it would be locked somehow and that only really good modders will be able to bypass that .

I don't neccesarly think it didn't put any strain on his body. I think that Kaioken X1 became quite useless. He needed way more than that against Frieza. So I think even Kaioken X1 had a strain on the body, he just had to go higher or he'd get killed.

I don't see the reasoning behind not giving us the option to . I mean sure, there will be crappy versions with OP characters and what not but no one forces anyone to play on that server. I'm pretty sure that when ESF releases there will be plenty of classic servers to play on. Besides, good...

I would like to know, if possible, exactly how much freedom will modders have when 1.3 finally comes. Obviously, I'm not talking models, sprites and stuff here. I'm talking things about being able to edit Ki charge rate, speed, various classes characteristics, add new characters by...
