first of all, i assume you are the only member in your mod =? if yes try to get a crew FAST or you can forget it ... and about including all that animes, if this is the first mod you parcticipate in - forget it. its already hard enough to get ONE anime (the main theme ^^) right and make a good...

or smo style as some people might say ... :p well to avoid the warning here ma critz (take em or not ^^): i don't know how youve set up the skinmaps but i think itd be an improvement to add a outline (not modelwise of course ^^) to the spikes ... other than that im fine with it

well atleast you can see how the shoulders deform quite ok eh ? this is an animated pose i made of him ... but i cant animate well so :-/

nice, obviously you aimed for bowser ^^ assuming you are not finished with the skin (if its not just a placeholder) id like to throw my c&c in. the feet are shapen a bit weird and you could placed the eyes a bit higher. ill hold back the rest till i know how much progress this baby has

Well, uhm thanks - though I don't get what you mean (may be my english). I'm going to correct the thumbs and stuff, but I don't get what is wrong with the waist ... and unless I find a new method how to do baggys I am bound to those I already have, well I could try to readjust them but I don't...

nice, maybe you should try to catch the up and down while running a bit more in your animation, though i really would like to know who rock lee is ;)

sorry if im the first one to say, and believe me i dont want to be too harsh, but this model is, unless youre heading for really lowpoly (700 or so) really ehm yeah ... undetailed could be one description, messed up another one. is this your first model ever ? if yes its actually quite good but...

hmm i think as soon as i get the model to my hands again i will adjust him if you want it so badly ;)

its not modeled but it will be skinned on (didn't you read i only colored it to give you an idea of what it could look like when skinned)
