Just looking for some info on outdoor style maps.
Something like esf_cell_**** for example.
When building a map that size with that many cliff type poly's it hits up the r-speeds, making up a valley would help by adding in hint brushes.
But on the map i created, the sky texture is drawn out...
Being new to the modding view, I do know it is illegal to make a game based on your favorite TV show or movie with out permission and liscences.
I do know about the creative copyright laws that state that if your work is viewable and accessable to the public it is automitaclly copyrighted...
Is their an easier method of changing the btns_main.bmp other then using grid lines in paintshop?
Got about 1/4 of the way done with it but alligning themis all but an easy task. What method did the esf devs use?
I am making a mod with a similar style of player/weapon types and may refer to the ESF source for snippets/examples.
By player/weapon types I mean each player has a predefined set of weapons/abilities, not that can be picked up or bought like most other mods.
As well may use a type of power...
