this is a great idea. If you say this is an RPG idea you are wrong. If you have played DBZ budokai 3, you would know there is a feature in that game where you can level up custom characters, fighting battles for experiance in single player or "Dragon Arena" where you can level up and choose stat...

I do belive they are allowed to make exceptions. If i remember correctly, DMZ added broly and stated that he was the ONLY exception to the no movie character rule, ESF could do this if it came to that. No GT in ESF. There is no broly in ESF that's DMZ, and DMZ is long dead. No movie content in ESF either for some ****ed up reason.
