It's not a matter of balancing destructo disc and freeza's disc - it's balancing attacks in general. Freeza's attacks are all pretty good for one on one combat whereas krilling is obviously geared towards fighting multiple people, and their attacks reflect this.

Yea I assume they'll make the hit boxes smaller. The beams seem to hit from about 5 feet wide of your character, which isn't really fair for people who dodge at the last second.

I don't think the range of the melee attack is entirely why you can hit people from so far way, the hitboxes on all the characters are pretty big. Open the half life model viewer and check them out.

I think beams should have a knockback effect, because it's really annoying when someone is charging at you, and you manage to get them with a beam and they just keep coming and melee you.

Cell's easy! So cool when his wings start lifting and that music starts. Sure, the form 2 model is too small and misshapen, but the transformation kicks ass. Next has to be freeza's, especially when you get to a point where instead of just standing and powering up he rolls into a ball and spins.

I like the melee system but I also agree it should be changed. As most people noticed, melee in the show doesn't just consist of one flying towards the other at insane speeds, and then biffing him in the face/being blocked and only doing 1 damage. There should be lesser punches and kicks that...
