mmmmmm...... let me clear this up i made this redraw just of Vegeta , this is a render with much better quality than the original so it can be used by GFX Artists in wallpapers,sigs .............. i couldn't call this simply a render because isn't an cut-out from the original pic .

the sig is too big keep it somewhere between 300x100 & 400x200 preety nice effects but work more to text and that animation :)
