Come to realize that he said it's only 15 % done. That means he's going to add 85% more detail (and more polys) in his map. I estimate the w_poly to be around 1000 on the stairs alone (that's a low estimate). If 1000 = 15% then 100% = 6666 polys. All those stairs become a big deal...
