LOL there was no problem with my graphics i just didnt have enough free space to play the game. after i deleted one of my games it started to work properly! thank you for your help

when i want to play esf i go on steam and look for servers of ESF or go on play games and then click on ESF, but then before it even loads the game it shows that pic of vegeta and piccolo and then the screen goes blue and makes my computer restart. Iv'e tryed re-installing it and re-installing...

ummm.........by the way can i download new skins from another website since esf-world only got it for 2.0,1.1 and 1.2..........or will 1.2 skin work with 1.2.3?
