ur problem witht he vertex assignment is when u put a skeleton on a model u need to assign every vertex to a bone. theres a button in the joints tab that says select unassigned. click that and the vertices that arent assigned will glow. assign them to the proper bone then recompile. that should...

its medabee from medabots. i was watching this show an thought it was pretty cool so im gonna be modeling the bots. you need viewpoint plugin to see it. im aware that i have a couple edges to turn and need to fix the legs.

just a couple things
1. Bring the waiste up. Its too low making the legs look very stubby and the torso look even skinnier.
2. In the back of the waiste it looks like his butt is sagging. I cant determine if its the model or the skin but im thinking the skin so bring it up to look more...
