Installing, teh fux?

A question on movie characters.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the ESF guys said there'd be NO movie characters in any later versions or current versions of ESF. But, if thats so, how come we still get movie MAPS? Like the ToM one? And some of the moves I've never seen in episodes, such as the kametorpedo and... -

Hey, I'm new (Still downloading ESF >_> *Kicks his intarwebbar*) and ESF reminds me of DMZ. For those of you who dont know what DMZ is, it was, key word, WAS another dragonball Z mod for half-life 1. I'm just asking for the people out there who know what it is, if this is anything like that...
