    Can't become a admin in my own server

    Ey, I made my own Dedicated server only the problem is that i cant become a admin in my own server, i tried several things, i tried to add my player name my steam name my steam id me IP adres in the Users.ini file but i still aint a admin. Can someone explain to me how i can fix it. TY
