Well, it WOULD be nice, but I think 1.3 is going to have too much changes to make a patch for 1.2.3. But if it is going to be released, it will weigh 80mb or so, so I don't think it's reasonable to make it.
That would be nice. This may be a little offtopic, but I think that standing on ground and charging a powerful attack should make the rocks fly like during powering up.

Heh, nice dream! :laff: I like the "dust while turbo" idea, and shooting generic beams while swooping. They also should be able to shoot Ki blasts(while swooping).
The problemo is, that Trunks is clearly a melee character and he gets a USSJ. And that's hell of a slow man. Only raw power and Trunks hasn't got strong beams. So if USSJ sucks in melee, than what Trunks will do? Shoot Burning Attack? Or Finishing Buster all over the place?

#1 I have played EVM 2.0 for some time now and I have to say that it gets boring after a while. Why? Because having higher PL after each transformation is not enough. So I thought about it and came out with this idea: every time(or almost :P) you transform to another level, you get a new attack...
