newst one i think, worked out the prob, something was wrong with my admin account, i was unable to read/write to D:\Documents and Settings\admin\ , Where the temp files are extracted i think so i created another admin account and installed it using that, and it work Thanks for ya time

When i start the ESF installer, it checks it then brings up an error "Error! Can't initialize plug-ins Directory. Please try again later." Any ideas on whats causing this?
