Well after a long chat with the devs I have some real exciting news for you guys. Due to the huge wish from the forum members (exactly 3 people), me and the devs have been working hard into integrating the house model into ESF. Here is a small sneak peak from the actual game of what's to come...

Here's an update just to keep this thread going :) Still needs quite a few details but it's slowly getting there I guess :) 3/4 the way done with textures Result at the end of texturing with some post production :) And a version with easier color filters

This one is a personal project that I work on when I want to or feel like it;) Would be so much easier if I had actual plans for the whole house though. This way I have to come up with everything basically.

Well here we go... these are the final 2 shots before the start of the lighting stage and the creation of materials. I'm still not sure how that will go, as I can already see my computer struggling without any complex materials assigned to the objects, so hopefully the project won't stop before...

Glad you guys are feeling this way, so that's what I'm gonna do :) Some updated to the house: window frames and glass and cloth material with a retracting system for the balconies. Still tons more to do on the actual house, before I can even begin to add furniture and other small objects to it :)

Oh no no... doing arhitecture models does in no way mean you're a 3D master. Houses, interiors etc usually have simple shapes that you can create just by knowing the basic tools in C4D. So no I'm not a 3D master nor will I ever be, I'm a 3D novice if anything.

Some more 2D art this time around. Working on this logo for a client. He requested a lion with grapes and a crown, so I tried to tie those elements together in some elegant fashion. Still didn't get feedback from the client so it might or not be the finished version :)

New house design coming up :) Modeled in C4D and rendered with Vray. Trying hard to get to realism state, I think my biggest weakness is still creating realistic materials... Final version: Render without post production, just raw from C4D: More shots of this house coming in the new few...
