i got the same problem exept for the error but i do use half life i get crasched at the loading of the map too right about 90% till 95% it wont go further but what to do thats my PROB! :\

i installed steam and registered with my half-life cd key (didnt instal the original half life from the cd) then i installed CS and Half-life by using steam and let it update (which was automatic i hope) later on i installed ESF but when i start any of the 3 games and join a server it keeps...
