How does one make a dedicated server for the 1.3 beta, since the ESF dedicated server only seems to install on version 1.2.x?

I have set up AMX mod correctly with the command in the plugin.ini file ; AMX Mod win32 addons/amx/dlls/amx_mm.dll But every time when I go make a server it crashes when saying "starting local game server" and then I removed the plugin.ini file and it worked again but I was back at square...

I just noticed this bug now. I was playing on a Beam only map and I was in the middle of a PS while this guy threw a SB at me and It killed me while I was PSing....so then I tried it again with a friend and happened again. So while you are in a PS a SB can kill u.

What do you guys use as a resolution as it said some resolutions can crash you.

On that map please remove that BRIGHT sun in the background. As when som1 goes by the sun and fires a beam at you its impossible to see!

I have a crash problem and I was wondering is there a certain videa mode that works better for crashing like software,openGL,ect? Are all the spirts and model still compatebile with 1.2.2?And finally does any1 know what ports are needed to be open to play ESF since i have a router?

I have admin mod and set my name for admin but when I go to join my own ded server it says name is reserved,how can I fix this?

Whats better and where can I get them? And why cant I kick every1? a player named like [SS4]* -ghahdhu- i couldnt kick like can u not kick people with more then 1 word or long name?

After I play the game for 5 mins it crashes and it worked before and I tried to reboot and stuff,any ideas?
