In the dedicated server window, in the console area, type rcon_password "PASSWORD HERE". Then, when you connect to your game, type rcon_password "The password you typed before". Then, to use commands as a server would, just put rcon infront of it. EX: To kick someone from a listenserver...

Nope, notice I said that ***I*** wasnt hurt. He and everyone near him was obliviated one the spot. It was just that I realized that when the beam exploded, I should have taken SOME damage at least, being within a VERY close range to the blast (RIGHT NEXT TO IT).

So wait a second, I've looked over the manual a few times, and it DOES mention blocking prepunches, but I can't find where it says how. Can anyone give me a quick summary on how it's done?

I belive this would set the password to "1".
