vegeta doesnt need the same attack twice.
i think (and i belive we all do) all vegeta needs is an improved GG and a better renzoku...thats all
this idea was suggested many times befor (search if u dont belive me)
disks are the easyest to avoid ..
and if you are playing with avrage players(or better)
it will be VERY hard to hit someone with it
why make it harder??

i think the ruls above can apply on a mod
with the same fighter picking as now (one for each player)
BUT because its a very fast paced it could be CS style:
*when you die youll have to wait to till next round to respwan
*a round will end when there is one fighter left
...
i disagree with you ..
look at this this way
have you never felt you could handel your foe better with a different fighter
and and you didnt want to lose all that you achieved with him??
im not saying you have to play this way ..
its a mod , you choose to play it..
i'll try to make it simple :
* each player pick 3 different fighters
* combat take place in an arena similar to cell games arena
* when one of the three fighters of the player loses one of the remaining
fighters take his place... (his foe hp stays the same)
until one...
his arms and chest are very nice
the face could use a littel work.... the eye area to be specific
lose the pupils
try to give the eyes a triangel shape..
