I have a legitimate question for setting up a server I'm not trying to cheat ok I'm trying to set the server up so that the power levels FOR EVERYONE increase at the same rate but at a higher ratio so instead of everyone getting only 5000 point added to the power level for each melee attack...

how in the config for the server to i tell it to increase for everyone the ratio of points they get for their powerlevel for hits and kills they get so i can have it so i can have people get super sayain level with in 10 mins of play as well as not loose powerlevel each time they die simple...

how to i set it to give me more PL enegey for each hit im running a EVM server but i could never figure out to change that setting and it taes a hella long time to get up to the required 6000000 pl energy to go SSJ 2 and such
