Sorry but I have to clear this up. Ryu and Akuma are two completely separate characters, with their own backgrounds and personalities. Shin Akuma doesn't need to be modeled, the only visible difference is a change in the colour of his clothes, they go from grey to purple.

This is hilarious. All over this forum you see WIP's of Kakashi, Sasuke, Sakura, Zabuza, Gaara, all these secondary characters in Naruto, and yet I haven't seen a single model WIP of Naruto himself. Interesting, isn't it? BTW, great job so far man.

I have to agree with XXX here, it looks awesome unskinned. This would be awesome in ESF if it was given a good skin and some good animations. Never mind that Sasuke would be flying, that's not the point.
