    Skinning help

    convert to 256 colour should fix it, seems that way, like you are trying to use a 16 mil colour BMP, half life doesnt support 16 mil, only 256, so make sure its in 256 (index colour) format, then save, and recompile, see if that helps

    dude it looks like you moved the foot joints on both legs by mistake, gets on my nerves if i do it at times lol, try re assigning it to a fresh decompiled skele and see if that helps :/

    look pretty good tryforce :) i think the knees are a bit to high up, you might want to gring them down slightly the butt could do with a bit more shape on the side view (may need to be rounder near the top about the hips: i think you could just scale them inwards in the front view...

    ok, the blue shapes are the models skeleton (like yours they help the model move) the model has to be assigned to the skeleton for it to animate, when in animation mode the model "should" move down with the skeleton. if you go into your joint tab you will see a list of bone names they should...

    looks very nice, sort that top lip though, it swells out a bit to much (like comes out to much :P) its the best saiyaman i have seen, the only thing i can see wrong is the lip, thats all, good job on it. btw whats the poly count?
