    when i make a server it wont let me open up the console with the ` button, someone plz help me

    Open Gl Console

    when i am in OpenGL instead of Direct3d 8.1 it wont let me open a console and every now and then my network crashes and i would want to play against bots w/ the better graphics w/o it crashing but now i cant, someone help me fix it
