The nimo codecs pack is the one i gave him the link to. You probably did a full install which is a bad thing to do if you dont know which ones to deselect. Uninstall the whole pack and install ONLY the bicubic resizer, and see if that works.

It's an installer file. Once you have downloaded it, just run it and go through the instal process, ticking the boxes next to the codecs you want installed. I said in my first post which codec i think is the fix for it. Im pretty sure its the 'bicubic resizer' codec under the 'DirectShow...

I've havent seen a seperate fix fox that before, the codec in this pack is only one ive seen that fixes the upside down problem. It may be 7meg, but ive never had a problem playing video files since i installed nearly all the codecs in this pack. It is worth the download :)

I dont know about you but since ESF is supposed to be a fast paced game don't you think that not being able to do anything for 2 minutes, on the offchance the map isnt gonna get nuked and you will come back with a bit more power, is rediculous? Even being stationary for 1min 30 secs is just as bad.
