While cell was the most intellegent villan in DBZ, my vote would have to go Majin buu (after fat buu, before super buu). He just had this aura of "shut up and fight" about him.

Well, like i was saying before, Vegetto isnt the most logical choice. He'd be too much like Goku and Vegeta. Gotenks though, would be completely different then Vegetto, and is a much better, and more logical choice, than Vegetto.
