It seems to me to be this boards 'RP' board, if I'm not mistaken, so would I be right? Can someone explain how it works better than the default explanation, as they're way to vague for me.

All I'd need is modellers, skinners and coders. Most of the skins only need a few simple edits, as the Buttlord characters are remarkably close to the DBZ characters, and a few new animations and sounds, that's about it. Go read the comic, you'll understand.
