I've noticed that ki blobs/blasts don't hurt me when I'm in the water on the namek map. Maybe its water on all maps as well. I was shooting the blasts myself.

I think the saved pl should be for specific characters. So after a person gets like goku high, then they could try getting all of frieza's transforms as well.

An instant beam would be nice, as long as its balanced. It might have to be weaker than primary generic beams then.

I forgot to put this one in my last message. When you kill people with some attacks you don't get pl for killing them. For example, frieza's kienzen. This is very bad since that is frieza's best attack.
