I have not had trouble with bots....I was playing earlier today, with only one bot, but needless to say, we were pummelling eachother for well over an hour. There were a couple moments of the game slowing down, but other than that, it was peachy keen. =/

The CS Anthology Pack comes with 1.6, AND CZ. I have Half Life 1, and run it from that, so I cannot help you.
