    Cyberdog: it doesnt really takes you that much time. It does at first, but as you get better with it you become able to do stuff in less time (ie. my first model took me about 3 weeks, my latest took me 8 hours). So my suggesion is if you wanna be good at modelling or skinning or anything...

    well that's a model from Skullbox ( http://www.planetquake.com/polycount/cottages/skullbox/ ) so he just downloaded it and is trying to re-skin it for a practice. So no, its not for any mods. btw sonic I PM'ed you.

    the lips look like that because I used smoothing groups with it if I didnt use them the lips looked really weird, and anyways in-game the model wont be seen close enough most of the time so I wanted the lips to be noticeable. yep, a lot of poly's but as stuff is over other stuff that doesnt...

    UPDATE update: made some extra models for it: helm, armor and gloves. All with it its 2600 poly's :) but as alot of poly's go on top of other (since objects are on top of the others) that doesnt matter. http://www.geocities.com/zerox0001000/human_male-warrior.jpg (copy and paste also).
