Sorry, but I don't like the model, it just feels so sloppy to me. Especially the crotch...you need to work on your poly structure more because a well made model wouldn't look that sloppy smooth shaded.

The transition of the textures on the cheek are to abrupt lowering the quality and realness of the picture. Keep the skin textures consistent with eachother so it keeps a fair resemblance on the overall face.
