Looks good Onslaught its not often you see the eyes done well, the nose looks a little basic from the front tho and would look alot better with more definition around the nostrils.
and the point of the skeleton was to test my knowledge of anatomy, no point using refs when thats its only purpose
Heres my latest model, nothing fancy just made it to help with my anatomy studies based on the 8 head formula.
No refs/pics used at all and im aware of missing details and blocked out parts, its alot quicker to draw them then it is to model them -_-
You should really only worry about edge loops when they're to define muscle/bone (generally for animating), because your trying to loop alot you're creating masses of un-needed polys. Just worry about getting the shape down with as little polys as you can and then add in the smaller detail...

yeah gama's right, a few brazil toon materials and a very basic brazil setup with some quick lighting changes (normally have 12 lights to replace GI since it renders faster).
this was my entry for the comp till I lost interest at the thought of doing his hair, still working on him and planning to normal map him. Heres a quick mess around with the materials, yeah the colours could use some tweaking goodness =D
well that sounds familiar nuttzy -_- you should change the amount of saves to 9 at something like 30 seconds.
