I have XP and a fireball that is NON xp and my server runs perfectly! So perhaps you don't have the correct APP for esf to host (dedicated server) I think you need it if you're gona host....

First, little characters should be given alot more speed, second, goten gets Special Dragon Punch (SS1), Kamehameha (you could make it x10 for some flair) (all), you could give him Masenko Ball (normal). For his Transformation 2 he could become a teen. Stregthening KamehameHa and perfecting...
