I have this problem too. It gives you this error right before the menu screens are supposed to show up. I uninstalled ESF 1.2.1 because I thought EVM only worked with 1.2. I reinstalled and redownloaded the .exe twice with no avail. Any help is appreciated!

That just can't be...I distinctly remember being in a server that started off your character with enough XP to make the second transformation. How they did it is anyones guess...
